Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi

The Aud.Usd has been one of the trendiest pairs to trade over the last few weeks, not forgetting the Usd.Cad also. These are some of the pairs you should be looking at trading using The 3 Duck's Trading System at this time. A 30 pip risk for a 90 pip reward, I did jump in on this trade before the price had crossed back above the 1hr sma, very bold! But with such a good trend I couldn't wait!

Aud.Usd will it break the multi month high?

I bought Aud.Usd earlier on today based on a 3 ducks set up, it was actually a pending order that got filled last night. I took a 60 pip profit on it, my stop-loss was 30 pips so a decent return. I would have liked to let this trade run a bit longer because the Aud.Usd pair have been trending nicely for the past few weeks. However there is resistance at 0.8257 and the Aussie dollar has not been higher than this level in the past 9 months. Will it break higher than this level? I would like if it did because the trend will continue, but for the meantime I out of my long position.

Nice Start to The Trading Week ......

I don't normally like Monday mornings but im feeling good today. last night during the Asian session I scanned through all my charts as normal to look for potential set ups using the 3 Ducks Trading System. All our ducks where lined up for a buy on Gbp.Jpy (I dont mind trading Yen pairs outside of the European session). I entered a long Gbp.Jpy position with stop-loss and profit target in place and headed off to bed, my work was done!

Risk 20 pips for a 45 pip gain? DEAL!

Its a choppy market out there today and Im always keen to take profits quicker than I would in a nice trendie market. All your Ducks where lined up for a buy on Eur.Usd today so it was just a matter of picking a good entry point. Based on the 60 min chart I thought we migh get some buying action above 1.4104 with a profit target above yesterdays high.

Cashing in on Usd.Cad

Adding to winners is one of my favourite strategies. Today I made some nice money trading the Usd.Cad using The 3 Duck's Trading System as confirmation and adding to my winners. Next time your in a winning trade look for good oppertunities to add more positions while still controlling your risk. It take pratice but its a skill well worth having!
